Many people that own their homes outright don't understand why they should still have insurance.(HomE OwneRs RenteRs) This is a good thing to debate when you think about it. If you have spent all that money buying a home over the years, then why once you pay it off should you have to have insurance if you don't want it? Well, most people forget that insurance policies are meant to cover the loss of the property and the legal responsibility you have when you own a home. Most people forget the second part of this, or just don't even know it exists.
I'm glad to see your post about why we need homeowners insurance today. I think we need to have a home insurance so that if ever the accident will come we don't need to worry about in our homes because it has an insurance. Thanks.
